Courtney Scott is a native of North Central Texas, having spent most of her time growing up in the suburbs of Dallas. In her earlier adult years, she lived in Missouri and Hawai'i - both areas that brought a wealth of experience and knowledge about people and culture.

Over the last 22 years, she's worked directly with a multitude of highly respected and award-winning leaders, including Judges, Attorneys, Chiefs of Police, as well as company Executive Vice Presidents, Presidents, and CEOs.  Her experience with these wide-ranging leaders and their respective roles have given her unique insight into what drives and motivates others.  She's created development programs, roadmaps, and reporting systems to help others achieve success as they define it - which is unique to each person.

In her personal time, Courtney is passionate about traveling, is a voracious reader, a lover of music, an adventurous cook, and has enjoyed writing since childhood.  She loves being in nature, is an avid hiker, and thoroughly enjoys being near, on, or in the water in just about any form. She resides in North Central Texas with her husband, Michael, 2 dogs, and a cat.

Sagittarius, the ninth sign of the zodiac, is the home of the wanderers of the zodiac. It’s not a mindless ramble for these folks, either. Sags are truth-seekers, and the best way for them to do this is to hit the road, talk to others and get some answers. Knowledge is key to these folks since it fuels their broad-minded approach to life. Those born with a Sagittarius zodiac sign are keenly interested in philosophy and religion, and they find that these disciplines aid their internal quest. At the end of the day, what Sagittarius wants most is to know the meaning of life, and to accomplish this while feeling free and easy.

An Architect (INTJ) is a person with the Introverted, Intuitive, Thinking, and Judging personality traits. These thoughtful tacticians love perfecting the details of life, applying creativity and rationality to everything they do. Their inner world is often a private, complex one.  Being one of the rarest personality types and being among the most capable people, Architects know this all too well. They make up just two percent of the population, and women with this personality type are especially rare, forming only 0.8%. It can be difficult for Architects to find people who can keep up with their non-stop analysis of things. People with this personality type are imaginative yet decisive... ambitious yet like their privacy... curious about everything but remain focused.
